BELLA’S POV:The sky was calm, the wind was gentle. A soft delicate hand touched my face that made me giggle. Staring at her grey eyes, a sense of love filled me. Her little hair and soft chuckles echoed inside the room as she slowly closed her eyes to sleep.“Sleep my dear Purple, mommy will look at you silently.” I whispered, slowly putting my little daughter on her crib. “What a beautiful girl you are.”It was just six months since I gave birth to our second child, a little girl named Purple D. De Villa. I was quite pissed when I realized that she looked like a girl version of her dad. A very beautiful and amazing one. She was in my womb for nine months but she still got her father’s features. Even Red looks like his dad as well. It was so unfair.“Love?/mommy!” Two familiar voices made me tilt my head.“Shhh… She just fell asleep.” My eyes were on them both.Red giggled. “Sorry mom.” Her voice was low.I lift
BLACK POV:Doctors after doctors, their words still didn't change. I only have 10% chance for me to wake up after the operation, and it was not enough. My thoughts began to get puzzled with questions as it became difficult for me to answer. Without realizing it, I became distant to my wife. Anxiety and depression embraced me, with doubts in my hands. Crap! I wished for my wife to be the happiest woman. I wished to love her with all of my heart, but I was the one who broke my own promises. When I abruptly handed her the divorce papers, I couldn't even bare to see her sign it so I pretended that I have an urgent work to do. "Black, what's your reason for doing it to your wife?" My cousin asked. I shook my head and watched how my wife's car slowly disappeared. "You won't understand." After what happened at the restaurant, I wasn't able to see her again. Before she left while thinking that my cousin who's pregnant was my mistress, I kissed
BLACK POV:"Hi! Are you alone?" A cute little voice woke me up from my nap. As I lifted my head, her soft features surprised me. "Isn't it scary to be alone here?"That moment changed my life. Right after my birthday, my grandparents died and so I ran away from home to at least ease the pain that I'm feeling. I didn't know why my feet brought me here, in an empty amusement park. And as I saw the little girl before my eyes, something intense kicked inside of me.I, the oldest child of the De Villa family received a huge amount of pressure and expectations within the business circle. I could only feel the peace and comfort whenever I'm near with my grandparents. But now that they're gone, my world feels empty. My parents are all great, but I became dependent to my grandparents more and so it pained me to know that they're not coming back to life. I wasn't even a teen yet."I'm Princess, how about you? What's your name?" Her sparkly eyes didn't left
When I woke up the next day, it was as if my whole body was tortured roughly last night. I looked at my side and saw the sleeping face of my handsome husband. My heart ached because of what he said and what he experienced because of my selfishness. I stared at him and began to caressed his face. Last night, I already told him everything that Sofia told me. He was so mad and well, jealous. He kept on telling me that I must distance myself with her and that he can forgive her but not forget what she did. Last night as well, I found out about his disruptive behavior disorder that pained me more. There was no cure, but we can at least treat his disorder properly to lessen the possibility of its attack.I chuckled when I felt his arms around my waist tightly. "Good morning love." I then kissed his lips. "How's your sleep?"He slowly opened his eyes and smiled. "Good morning too love. I slept well because you're beside me.""Really?"
“What’s this?” I asked back while raising my hand that’s holding the bottle of medicine. Yes Black! Answer me, what’s this? What’s behind your eyes? What’s the lie that you’ve been keeping? He walked near me as he wore his bathrobe. Black then grabbed the bottle of medicine from my hand before clenching his fist. “Why do you have this?”“Why?” My forehead narrowed. “Does it have anything to do with your lies again?” I met his grey eyes with my serious look. I want to know everything Black. I want you to spill the tea, every single detail. “Why are you silent? Answer me!”The room suddenly went silent for awhile. The cold wind from outside slowly embraced me through the open windows. He bended his knees down to level his face with mine as I’m sitting at the edge of the bed. I saw how some droplets of water from his hair traveled down to his jaw. His gazes were unusually serious with his intimidating look.I crossed my arms in front of my ch
“There you are.” A sudden voice woke me up from spacing out. Looking at the man who’s now next to me, a feeling of warmth erupted inside my chest.Tapping my fingers on the table, I giggled. “I thought you’ll never find me. The cafeteria is indeed crowded.” I noticed everyone’s eyes on us. Some are even whispering and murmuring something which was not hard for me to guess. “Let’s eat.”“Hmm… I’ll get you your friend chicken love.” He stated which made me looked away from him. The crowd went silent and their faces went shockingly surprised. Who would not be? If he just addressed a woman as ‘love?’I looked down and slowly nodded my head. He stood up and went to the counter, not bothering that everyone were tailing him with their deep and sticky stares. Maybe they were puzzled of why he’s treating a woman this way. Giving the fact that they didn’t know that I’m his legal wife who left him four years ago.Exploring my sight, the c
