“Nope,” I said out loud to myself as I rummaged through my clothing rack.

I was looking for the appropriate outfit to wear to spend the night at Dravon's room.

Since the assassination attempt, the palace has been a shadow of it's usual busy self.

Servants rarely lingered at the hallways, the courtyard was used as an investigation area to question people in the inner court of what they knew about the assassination.

Today was somewhat better, the investigation team had left the palace and most servants were back fully.

The palace was a bit livelier than the past three days.

My training was cut short due to the incident and now I spend my days with Mia.

The corridors of the palace now carried an unfamiliar stillness, different from the usual flow of activities here in the palace.
