Meanwhile, an advanced lady stood outside Ella’s apartment, waiting for Ella to answer her. She kept knocking, hoping someone would answer her.

Her knuckles were starting to hurt, due to the numerous times she had knocked on the door. She had tried using the bell but it seemed it got spoilt because the button didn’t work.

She had an important meeting that morning and it was Saturday, she couldn’t leave her five years old son alone at home, so she wanted to ask Ella to babysit him till ten o’clock, cause they were neighbors and they were somehow close.

She got tired of knocking and decided to meet the other neighbor.

Inside the bedroom, Ella exchanged looks with her friends when she couldn’t hear the knock anymore.

“Do you think he got tired of knocking?”

She asked no one in particular.

“I don’t know.” Rebecca replied, tightening her grip on the kitchen knife in her hand.
