"Ma'am, here is the list of new products," Grace, my secretary, said, handing me her iPad.

"Please review them and let me know if there's anything you'd like us to change or implement."

As I scrolled through the designs, a smile spread across my face. It was surreal to see my design in front of me, knowing that I had the power to shape them into reality.

Who would have thought that I'd be sitting in my own office, surrounded by a team of dedicated employees eager to bring my vision to life?
