Two chiefs in their regalia walked to king Rehoboth’s palace. The entire streets’ inhabitants were silent so that even strangers could tell that something had happened to them. The inhabitants were like bread that fell into the water.

“Why is everywhere silent?” Easton said.

Cooper looked at some passersby to confirm what Easton had just said.

“I think they are affected by the last war; I can see distresses boldly written on these people’s faces,” Cooper said.

“You are right, Cooper,” Easton said.

After a short walk, Easton and Cooper finally arrived at the palace. Two guards were standing at the gate when they entered. The two hefty men’s faces were strange. The hefty men could recognize the chiefs’ regalia though they hadn’t seen the chiefs before.

“Long live, our chiefs,” Xavier and Lucas said.

“May the ancestors bless you,” Cooper said.

“Are you guards here?” Easton said
