Dickson parked the car beside a signboard with the inscription “Beauty mall.” The gangsters came out of the car and began to disrupt the economic activities taking place between buyers and sellers. The armed men shot bullets into the air. There was a pandemonium and uproar in the street as passersby, traders and buyers began to get on their heels. Before this incident, the workers of beauty mall had already known the mall was unsafe since they saw broken doors and the scattered state of the mall when they started their day’s operations.
