After signing the paper, Kim kept thinking of a way to tell Landon she would be going to see her Dad. She glared at him for minutes until Landon noticed.
“What is it?” he asked when he noticed she stared at him.
“One more thing.” She mumbled and Landon shot her a deadly look.
“what are you asking this time? My car or my house?” He asked and Kimberly scoffed.
“I don’t need your house or car. I need to go to see my dad today, so I want to ask for your permission before I leave.” Kim explained.
“Hold on. So you want me to let you go after I sent my money to you already? Am I that dumb?” He asked.
“C’mon, what do you mean? That I would run off with your money?” Kim asked unbelievably.
“It is the easiest thing you can do to stay away from me finally.” He responded and Kimberly sighed.
“I would never do that. I would never run, instead, I face you and defeat you.” She said and Landon raised his brows at her statement.

“You asked me to get a dress from the loan but I refused. And now she brought the dress which means you ordered it from my salary.” Kim rapped and Landon sighed.“Margaret, you are free to go now. Thank you.” Landon said looking at Margaret.“Okay. Thank you.” She responded walking to the main exit.“Wait! I am not getting the dress anymore. Kim and Landon walked to the car without looking back. Kim opened the door and hopped into the car, Landon did the same thing and ignited the engine.He drove out of the hospital hitting the road. She then guessed he would be in his room.She headed to his room and knocked on his door politely. She felt happiness in her because she was going to be free from Alex. But then, she remembered Landon wouldn’t just give her the money without asking for something in return.The door opened and Landon stuck his head out of the door to see who it was.“It is me,” Kim stated and he sighed opening the door for her to come in. She was in his room, and he walked back to the bed to lay down.He has filled with Pasta already and he wanted to have a nap badly.“What’s up?” He asked looking sleepy.“The details, Alex's account details,” Kim muttered and Landon nodded.“So how do I pay you back?” She asked as he collected the paper from her.
