"Just turn off the television!" Barra said without looking at his ex who was on the verge of tears.
The man deliberately sat behind his desk. He acted as if he didn't see how she was trying to look tough. He didn't know what to do if she cried in front of him. Obviously his defenses would collapse just like when he saw Serena lose her father two months ago.
Serena sighed softly. The girl's hands began to move to organize some documents that were scattered on the table of their discussion room earlier.
"Meet Chef Arnold now. I want what we discussed earlier to be implemented today. Convey the results as soon as possible," said Barra, who briefly glanced at his ex.
