Rose POV

I was looking into his red eyes. So dangerous, at the same time so beautiful. I glanced at his face, he was ethereal beauty. Such a handsome man was my mate? How? I didn't know if I should thank the Moon Goddess for giving him as my mate. Or should I thank her for making me fall in love with him before knowing he was my mate?

My wolf cried in joy,

"I told you I wanted him to protect us. Here he is, our mate. He'll love us and protect us forever, Rose."

I was so happy and surprised that I couldn't even let out a word.

I wanted to break the silence between us when he suddenly closed his red eyes like he tried to control his wolf. Then he opened his eyes. Now his eyes became dark black.

He looked at me coldly and I gasped.

"A-Arvan, you are my m-mate?" I couldn't control my stuttering.

He didn't reply. He was just staring at me.

"Arvan, please say something." I desperately said to him.

"WHAT?" He yelled at me.
