Saul gritted his teeth and signaled to his people to back off. “We will transact inside.” He looked directly into Robin's eyes.
“Good choice.”
Robin instructed his men to lead Rose onto the helicopter. Other helicopters were also deployed to transfer the women Robin ordered.
Soon afterwards, Saul and Robin emerged from the building. Now, the big boss appears to be happier than before. Who wouldn't be delighted to get that much money?
As Robin entered the same helicopter as Rose, he asked, “You can read, right?”
Rose was kidnapped when she was eighteen. To be more exact, after her high school graduation. Of course, she can read and write.
Rose, on the other hand, wasn't even offended that she was perceived as uneducated. She was still perplexed and horrified by the situation that had just happened.
“I can,” Rose replied softly.
“Read this.” Robin handed her a yellow map. Rose instantly followed his orders without saying anything.
Rose's new identification documents can be seen on the map. Her name, date of birth, school, and other information are all listed.
“From now on, your name is Poppy.”
Rose looked surprised when Robin mentioned her new name. When their gazes met, she swiftly lowered her head. She became increasingly nervous since their seats were too close together.
“Remember, you've never set foot on this island. You're just an ordinary woman who married me,” Robin warned.
Robin's expression became sharper. His once-peaceful eyes had turned as sharp as a razor, ready to pierce anyone's defenses. The furrowed line between his brows made his face appear even more menacing. Rose's breath froze in her throat as she glanced at his face.
“I don't like waiting for people to answer my words, let alone having to repeat them twice.” Robin's voice was quiet yet full of pressure, like embers waiting to ignite at any moment.
“I—I understand, sir...” She responded in a voice that sounded almost like a whisper, as if in a last desperate effort to break the menacing silence.
“Robin. You should get used to calling my name.”
Rose could feel her heart pounding quickly. Robin appeared to be softer toward her.
When the helicopter went away, her imagination of him came to an end. As the helicopter began to depart, she bowed her head and stared out the window at the view of Solterra Island from above.
“Goodbye, Rose, and everything that has happened to me all this time.”
Tears fell down her cheeks as the island faded from view. Her chest is full of emotions. She felt as if she had been released from prison. She was relieved, joyful, and looking forward to a better future.

Poppy wasn't expecting to be whisked away directly to Robin's mansion. The atmosphere in the mansion, which has European classical architecture, is serene and cool. She stood awkwardly, feeling small against the tall walls adorned with antique paintings and elegant furnishings.
Robin Luciano, a man with an authoritative posture and an icy demeanor, stood near a large curved stairway. His keen eyes observed Poppy from a distance, yet his facial expression was unreadable.
“You're free to do whatever you want here. But remember, never go to the third floor.”Robin only spoke those two things that night, in an authoritative tone with absolutely no room for negotiation.
Robin's room and private workplace are on the third floor. He set a clear restriction for Poppy right away. She could only nod softly and didn't ask any more questions.
That night, Poppy ate her meal in the stunning dining room, accompanied by the quiet clinking sound of cutlery and infrequent maid footfall. However, one thing seems strange: Robin is nowhere to be seen.
Antonio takes care of all of the needs.
The next morning ...
Antonio knocked on Poppy's bedroom door quietly, just as the sun was shining. “Miss Poppy, Mr. Robin has asked you to come to his office this morning,” he said politely.
Poppy prepared right away and followed Antonio to the workplace on the first floor. Robin was sitting behind his desk with a stack of documents in front of him as soon as the door opened. The sound of the wall clock could be slightly heard in a room filled with the smell of wood and old books.
“Sit,” Robin said briefly, pointing to the sofa in the corner of the room. Poppy obeyed, sitting anxiously on the plush sofa and watching Robin get up from his chair.
Robin retrieved a document from his desk and walked over to Poppy. Without saying much, he handed her the document.
“Read,” he said in a bland tone, then sat down on the sofa facing her.
Poppy opened the document hesitantly. Her eyes widened when she read the text swiftly.
Marriage Certificate!
“This... are we married?” She asked in a whispery tone, still unable to believe it.
Robin nodded. “Everything has been taken care of. Our marriage is legally valid with your new identity as of today,” he stated without any further explanation.
Poppy was stunned. She knew Robin was a powerful man, but she wasn't expecting everything to be solved quickly. She gazed at the document with a mixture of disbelief, confusion, and fear of the man in front of him.
“You don't need to worry,” Robin added, his voice getting softer but still chilly. “All of this is done to uphold the terms of our agreement. Your new identity will protect you, and you will now be known as my wife, at least on paper.”
Poppy nodded slowly. She gripped the document tightly, conscious that in an instant her life had changed drastically.
“Please don't cry, Nick.” Robin is trying to put his son to sleep.Nick's crying voice became louder. Poppy then helped Robin calm down.“Look at Nick's face, my husband. He's crying, but he appears to be angry... like you, who frequently become enraged for no apparent reason.” Poppy chuckled.“He'll be a more attractive man than me in the future.”Poppy abruptly kissed Robin's cheek.“But you are still the most attractive man for me.”Even though they've been living together for over a year, Robin's face flushes whenever he hears her praise. The pounding in his chest remains the same as when he first realized he loved her.Robin's feelings did not change. Only his attitude shifted to be more loving.“Don't read so many novels! I am worried you will seduce other men like this!”“That will never happen.” Poppy chuckled as she rubbed her face against her husband's. “I know you enjoy being seduced. I will seduce you only.”Robin still exudes a mysterious aura. However, Poppy felt like sh
“Doctor! Quickly check on my wife!” Robins yelled.Poppy appears to be extremely weak. Her breathing was heavy, and her eyes were tightly shut.“Sir, your wife is exhausted.”Robin sighed with relief. He took his wife's hand again. If he could give birth, he would take on Poppy's role instead of seeing her helpless.Robin suddenly remembered Sienna as he watched his wife give birth. Whatever the mistake, Sienna risked her life to give birth to him.He pondered while kissing the back of Poppy's hand. He who feels superior to a woman, to the point of purchasing a wife, also behaves badly toward his mother and regrets everything.“Please wait outside, sir. We will prepare to move Mrs. Poppy into the room.”Robin smiled as she walked out of the maternity room. His family welcomed him with a warm hug and congratulations. As she hugged Sienna, he said softly, “Mom, I apologize for all of my mistakes. I love you.”Before Sienna could say anything, Stefan grabbed Robin's body. He doesn't like
Capri was about to eat lunch when Antonio called him. He choked on his first bite when he heard about Poppy's miscarriage and was being examined by the doctor.Capri drove the car at full speed to the hospital, as Antonio had instructed. He even received a ticket for violating road traffic signs. Fortunately, he did not have an accident.Capri had a bad feeling when he saw everyone gathered in the examination room, including his pale colleagues. Without further ado, he followed the doctor to assess Poppy's condition. After a few minutes, Capri emerged, looking down.“Don't say that,” Robin muttered, unwilling to accept the bad news.Capri opened his mouth to talk. However, a woman's scream from a distance interrupted his words.“Robin!!!” Sienna exclaimed, crying. She immediately embraced his son. “That's okay. The most important thing is Poppy's safety. Do not blame yourself.”Stefan also appeared agitated. He rubbed his face, frustrated. He adores his family more than anything. Stef
“My wife!!” Robin is in a panic. Poppy had never shown such a painful expression, even when he tortured her a long time ago.She held her stomach, which felt tightly wrapped. The baby inside her belly appeared to rebel and want to escape, spinning around in her womb.Robin could feel the baby moving in his wife's stomach, which was as clear as kicking his hand.He wondered if the baby had even blamed him. With trembling hands, he dialed Antonio's phone number on his phone, almost accidentally dialing someone else's.“Get here quickly! My wife is in pain!”“Okay, sir!”Antonio, who was waiting outside, rushed inside alongside the guards. Their arrival surprised and alarmed the other visitors.Meanwhile, Robin has successfully carried his wife. She was very heavy, but he didn't feel it.They eventually met Antonio in the corridor. The bodyguards immediately escorted Robin and Antonio, who had brought Poppy's dropped shoes.“Quickly get to the hospital!” Robin's command was fraught with
“Wow! Thank you so much, Mr. Robin! Hopefully, we can meet again!” The young woman then left, without looking at Poppy.Robin stood awkwardly, hesitant to look at his wife. “Come on, eat… eat first.”Robin is clearly hiding something! When Poppy was about to be held by her husband, she withdrew her hand. “What the hell was that? Since when did you become friendly with others?!”Before Poppy's question was answered, a waiter approached them. “Mr. Robin, I will take you to the room you have reserved.”Poppy finally calmed down, pouting her lips. When she entered the restaurant's VIP room, she immediately fixed her gaze on her husband, who sat across from her.“You haven't responded yet!”This was the first time she had ever seen Robin nervous.Robin was puzzled. Where should he start telling it?‘No, it is not a secret. I never intended to hide anything from my wife,’ Robin thought.“Why did you allow other women to approach you? Perhaps you've had a mistress all along, am I right?”“H
Dante has no intention of resurrecting his mafia empire through the Luciano bloodline. He has also given up on his life, which will soon end.“The most important thing is that your wife and child are healthy. I hope Poppy gives birth to my great-grandchild without incident,” Dante said sincerely, holding back the pain in his heart.Robin wanted to discuss various topics prior to his visit to Dante. This includes demonstrating that he has been changing Luciano Island as he sees fit all along. He was always inclined to blame his grandfather's decision. But, given Dante's current circumstances, his harsh words were only in his head.“How is Stefan doing?”Even so, Dante could not accept Sienna. Dante believes that the woman is causing his family to fall apart.“Dad is getting healthier thanks to Mom's presence.”“That's good.” However, Dante did not express his hatred for Sienna clearly. He was concerned that Robin would no longer want to visit him.“Rafael also discovered new talents, w
