For so many years, I've kept the secret hidden deep down, fearing anyone might find out about my father's sick plans.

I never intended to save his reputation by silencing myself; no, I did it all for me. It's not that I fear how anyone would look at me or what they could think of me when the truth surfaces; it's all about what happens in my head.

Every time I recall his words, the way his eyes took me in when he announced his grand plan, I feel sick to my stomach. The man who raised me belittled me and made me think I was nothing but a breeder.
