'Their child? What do you mean?' Carissa thought she was confused. Then, the doctor invited the two middle-aged couples to talk, which, for whatever reason, Carissa didn't know at all. After Carissa was left alone for a few minutes, the doctor and the two couples finally approached Carissa again.

'So it's true that my body is here?' muttered Carissa, she strained her hearing, she wanted to know more details about her development, and Carissa was sure that Viren would hope that Carissa would never wake up again.

Cariisa is still watching Viren, because Viren is seen still talking to the Doctor.

"Okay, Doc. Thank you very much," said Viren. The doctor left, and Viren just stared at Carissa's body from the outside.

"If only you hadn't come that day, maybe everything wouldn't have needed to be like this," said Viren, and he just walked away. Seeing Viren leave, Carissa, who is now Arabella, immediately hides.

'You really don't love me anymore, you don't care about me at all. I promise, I will live well, and avenge all my revenge,' thought Carissa determinedly.

Carissa was about to see how her body was doing now, but not until Carissa got closer to the ICU room did her chest suddenly feel hot, and she immediately had shortness of breath.

"Get away, Carissa!" suddenly, Carissa heard a voice asking her to stay away. Carissa saw clearly that the alarm in her body room being treated sounded, a sign that something had happened to her.

"Arabella!" When Feronica saw Arabella holding her chest, she immediately approached Arabella and led her away from the ICU room. At that moment, the tightness in Carissa's chest lessened.

"Why are you here, dear?" asked Feronica worriedly.

"I'm okay, Mom. Earlier my chest suddenly felt tight, but now I'm fine," said Carissa.

"You are sure? do we need to check your health further?" asked Feronica, who was worried about her daughter's condition.

"I'm sure, Mom. All right, let's go home." Carissa didn't want to stay in the hospital for too long, and asked to go home immediately. But Carissa was still wondering, who exactly seemed to be whispering in her ear, and why did her chest suddenly hurt?

Carissa stared in awe at the building in front of her eyes now, that house was even bigger than Viren's residence.

"Arabella, this is your room," said Feronica. Carissa looked at the room formerly occupied by Arabella, which was so spacious and beautiful. Carissa saw that the walk in closet, clothes, shoes, and all the accessories were neatly arranged.

"Excuse me, madam." Carissa and Feronica looked at a woman standing at the door, it seemed like a maid was in their house.

"What is it?" asked Feronica.

"There are guests, madam, in front," replied the maid.

"Okay."

"Arabella, you wait here. Mommy wants to see who's coming," Feronica said, and Carissa nodded.

Carissa suddenly saw a book stored in one of the drawers, it was Arabella's diary.

'By reading this book, I will know a little more about Arabella,' thought Carissa, she started reading the pages of the diary.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, Feronica was meeting a guest, who was none other than Reynolds Alexander, the CEO of the agency that overshadowed Arabella.

"Mr. Rey, I didn't expect you to come," said Feronica. It turned out that Yohan had already welcomed Rey.

"Forgive me for only coming now and visiting Arabella, Ma'am. When I heard about the accident that happened to Arabella, I was in Switzerland, I was very worried, but I couldn't do much because there was an interest there," Rey explained. It was very evident that Rey felt so guilty.
