I trudged back to my office after grappling with the corpses of the angels, my mind spinning with the events of the day. Chaos was my standard, yet this day had been particularly tumultuous. As I had suspected, the Emerald Gem pack had somehow infiltrated Hollow Hills, and had been aided by an unknown party. Those filthy bastards had the nerve to burst into my laboratory and toss Dole potions at me. The Dole potion had been brewed by a witch to inflict harm on demons.

My body ached from the physical exertion, and my head throbbed from the onslaught of the onslaught of emotions. I wearily dropped into the chair behind my desk, sighing as I sank into the familiar chair.
