“The guards have been reporting back about the numbers of rogues lately?” I walked ahead of Tyson and Ronald.

“And they are moving in groups now, which is weird. It’s like they have a pack and an alpha,” Ronald added.

I thought back to how Ralph had once tried to lead a pack of rogues but guess where that landed him now.

“Although none have mentioned them attacking yet,” Tyson said. “They only said they would reach the border, stop right at the defense range, and just stare at them.”
