William’s knock hit like a slap. I shoved my phone under the pillow, heart racing faster than one of Liam’s races. “Uh, yeah! One sec!”

I yanked on a hoodie and shorts, trying to look normal and not like I’d just been plotting secret meetings with my blackmailer while still sore from getting railed by his son. When I opened the door, William stood there in his robe, looking every bit the concerned dad.

“Everything alright, Alex?” he asked, eyes scanning my room like he could sense the tension. “Heard some noise earlier. Thought I’d check on you.”

“Yeah, all good,” I lied, forcing a casual teenage shrug. “Just… bad Wi-Fi. I’ve been videos too loud. Sorry.”

He nodded slowly, but something in his expression felt off. Like he wanted to say more. “Get some rest. We have a big  week ahead with the merger and the gala.” He patted my shoulder and finally left.

I waited until his footsteps disappeared before texting Liam. “Your dad was just at my door. This is getting insane.”

Liam’s reply was fast. “ Stay put. I’m coming to you.”

Ten minutes later he slipped in, locking the door behind him. He looked stressed with his messy hair, wearing only sweatpants again. The second the lock clicked, he pulled me into a rough kiss, hands roaming under my hoodie like he needed to remind himself I was real.

“Missed you… again,” he chuckled against my lips. His voice had that low rasp that always melted me. “Couldn’t stop thinking about us in the gym.”

For a second, I wanted to this this was becoming obsession but before I could complete my thoughts, he backed me toward the bed, shoving me down and crawling over me. His mouth attacked my neck, sucking marks while his hand slipped into my shorts, stroking me hard and fast. “Gotta be quick and quiet tonight,” he whispered, biting my earlobe. “But I need you.”

I arched up, gasping. “Then fuck me already. Make me forget this blackmail bullshit for a minute.”

Liam didn’t waste time. He flipped me onto my stomach, yanked my shorts down, and pressed in bare, still slick from earlier. The stretch burned so good. He fucked me deep and steady, one hand over my mouth, the other gripping my hip hard enough to bruise. Every thrust hit perfect, making me moan into his palm.

“Such a good boy for me,” he growled in my ear. “Taking me so well. Love how you clench around me.”

I came hard, muffling my cries against the pillow. He followed right after, burying himself deep with a quiet groan. We collapsed together, sweaty and breathing heavy.

But the afterglow didn’t last. I showed him the new text about meeting at the old garage.

Liam’s face went dark. “You’re not going alone. I’ll be there, hidden. We’ll see who this coward is.”

The twist came the next evening.

I told my mom I was going for a walk to “clear my head” and slipped out toward the old garage at the back of the property,  this rundown building they used for extra cars and storage. The sun was setting, casting long shadows, while my nerves were shot.

I stepped inside, phone flashlight on. “Hello?”

A figure stepped out from behind an old Bentley. It was not some random staff member.

My heart almost stopped beating when I saw Sophia Thompson.

She held up her phone, smirking.

“Surprised?” she said sweetly. “I saw you two weeks ago, kissing in the garden like idiots. Just thought I’d have some fun with it.” She giggled.

My stomach dropped. “You’re blackmailing us? Why?”

She laughed, flipping her hair. “Because Liam should be with someone like me. Not his stepbrother. Play along at the gala, make it look like you support us being together, and I delete everything. Or I send the photos to every contact William has.” A slow wicked smile formed on her thin lips.

I wanted to punch her so hard. “Liam will never…”

“Tell him and the deal’s off,” she cut in. “Meet me here again in two days with your answer. Alone.”

She sauntered out, leaving me shaking.

I ran back toward the house, texting Liam. “It’s Sophia. She wants you to pretend to date her publicly or she exposes us.”

He met me halfway in the garden, pulling me behind some hedges. His hands cupped my face. “We’ll fix this. I’m not pretending shit with her.”

But his eyes said he was worried. The merger. His dad’s expectations. Everything.

That night in his room we didn’t even have sex. We just lay there, him holding me tight.

“I love you, Alex,” he whispered. “But if going public now destroys my future… I don’t know what to do.”

His words hurt more than the blackmail.

The next morning at breakfast, William dropped the bomb casually.

“Sophia is coming over for dinner tonight. Liam, make her feel welcome.”

Liam’s hand tightened under the table on mine.

And my phone buzzed with another message from Sophia.

“Bring Liam to the garage tonight. Both of you. Or the photos go viral by morning.

This was escalating way too fast.”

Then the contrast immediately hit me. She pushed me back against the wall beside the stalls, one hand sliding under my shirt. Her fingers were smaller and more gently. When she cupped me through the thin fabric of the shorts I hissed, hips jerking forward on instinct. “Fuck,” she breathed, sounding almost surprised. “You’re already so hard.” I was. My traitorous body didn’t even care who it was. She stroked me slowly through the material, watching my face like she was memorizing every reaction. I let my head fall back against the wall, eyes half closed, trying not to think about gray eyes and rough hands and the way Liam always growled when he touched me like this. Amanda dropped to her knees, the tile cold under her legs. She tugged the shorts down just enough to spring my dick free, and then her mouth was on me. It was wet and warm and eager. I bit down hard on my lower lip to keep quiet but the bathroom wasn’t exactly private. Anyone could walk in. She took me deeper, one hand

“So… tell me about yourself,” Marcus grinned as he sat across from me. “Oh… I don’t really know…” “Well, do you like to party at least?” He didn’t give me a chance to answer before he spoke again. “There’s a little welcome party in like two hours, you should come.” “Yeah, I don’t really think I want to.” “Amanda will be there,” he smiled, tilting his head to a side. “Who?” “Amanda… the orientation girl?” “Oh, you know her,” I got up from my bed to scan the room one more time. “Yeah, we all got here on the first day. I’ll introduce you to some other new friends. You’ll love it here, Alex.” There was a tone to his voice that I couldn’t quite place but I nodded. I lay flat starting at the ceiling until my phone buzzed an hour later. It was a text from Liam. “Hey, Dad’s making me and Sofia have another family conference but I promise it means nothing to me. I’ll still call you at night before we sleep. Promise.” I tossed my phone aside and let out a sharp breath. I wo

Morning came too fast.I woke up to the sound of rain still tapping the window and Liam’s arm heavy across my waist. For a second I forgot everything about the college, Sofia, the fact that this was the last time I would wake up in this bed with him. Then reality slammed back in and my chest tightened.Liam was already awake. He was just watching me, gray eyes soft in the early light.“Don’t look at me like that,” I whispered.“Like what?”“Like you’re already missing me.”He didn’t answer. He just leaned in and kissed me slow, the kind of kiss that felt like goodbye even though neither of us said the word. When we finally pulled apart, there were voices downstairs. William’s deep laugh. Sofia’s lighter one. My stomach twisted. We got dressed in silence. Liam left first, slipping out the way he always did, careful and quiet. Ten minutes later I walked downstairs with my suitcase. Sofia was at the kitchen island in one of Liam’s hoodies, hair messy like she’d just rolled out of bed. Sh

My stomach dropped so hard I thought I might actually throw up right there on the expensive sheets.“In your room,” I repeated, the words tasting like poison. “Your actual room. The one with your bed. The one you sneak out of to come to mine.”Liam’s face crumpled. He looked younger all of a sudden, less like the cocky street-racer who had me bent over his car last week and more like a guy who had just been handed a grenade with the pin already pulled.“Alex, please…”“Don’t.” I sat up fully, shoving the duvet off. “Don’t do the soft voice. Don’t do the ‘I’m so sorry’ face. Just say it plain. Your dad is making the girl who has been throwing herself at you sleep in your bed tonight. While I’m leaving for college tomorrow.”He reached for my hand again. I jerked it back so fast his fingers closed on empty air.“It’s not like that,” he said, voice low and rough. “He thinks it’s safer. Her driver already left and it’s late. There are cameras everywhere downstairs. Guest rooms are on the

I was really so stupid for thinking that Liam would change his mind if I got intimate with him even though I was upset. With Sofia’s last words, I just knew she was up to no good. The conference had ended thirty minutes after I walked away from the washroom and the rest of the family decided to go home together… except me, of course. I spent two long hours walking my dad ass back home when I would’ve just joined them. At some point it began to drizzle so I had to hasten my step… just for me to get back home to the worst shock. “Come and join us, sweety,” my mom grinned as I walked through the front door. Sofia was there. She was sitting right bedside Liam… so close that her hair almost tangled in his. At first, Liam didn’t notice me… of course he wouldn’t. “Here, come and join us,” William gestured to one of the seats right in front of Liam. I swallowed hard before I took the first step, while still trying to fight the discomfort I felt. Liam looked up and the whole

I told myself that I wouldn’t attend the conference that morning because I didn’t want to see him with Sofia. But I couldn’t help it, what if he eventually caught feelings for her in the process? These thoughts kept wandering through my mind as I paced my room, one hour after the conference had already started. “Hey, honey. You came,” my mom reached out to wrap her arms around me the second she saw me.“Yeah,” I forced a smile, my hands tucked in my pockets. I picked up a glass of wine, my eyes scanning the area till I saw them at the podium, discussing… business. Liam hadn’t noticed me at first… how could he? When he had Sofia sitting beside him, his palm locked tight with hers. William said something funny and the way she threw herself at him laughing, made my chest tighten so hard that I didn’t realize when the glass slipped off my hand. It dropped at the same time the crows stood to cheer them so no one really heard, but Liam immediately looked up to where I stood. Then he loo
