Chapter Twenty

"I can't believe, our sister's husband is a hoodlum." Alberto murmured under his breath.

"Don't say it out there. You're not a kid, Alberto. Don't make me tell you everything. We're not different from him." He said.

"I wanted a businessman for her," Alberto said.

"He's a businessman too. Don't forget. Our enemy would target her first. Her husband should be powerful. He is. He can protect her." Orlando said.

"Who will protect her from him?" Alberto contorted his face in disbelief. He hated Xander for kidnapping his sister, and for attacking his home when his wife was pregnant and they were alone at home.

"I'll protect her." Orlando's tone turned stern. "She's trained. Keep it in your mind." He reminded her.

His heart melted seeing her sad face. "My kiddo," Alberto kissed her head.

She aimed to get rid of Xander. The decision was made by Xander and her father, the eldest brother.
