"Oh my gosh, Patrick, you're so funny," I laughed at Mr William's joke. He had given me the go-ahead to call him by his name to which his wife protested but he said it was his and I was allowed to call him that. 

Whenever she tried to throw jabs at Zada, I would always throw a bigger one, for example, mentioning how the dull white paint made the family look boring to which Patrick would respond that they were actually planning on changing the colour. Mrs William certainly didn't like how her husband was being a loose mouth and after a few glasses of wine for him, he was very charming. 

The man couldn't stop complimenting Zada and me, asking how his son was lucky enough to bag a girl like Zada and how their child was going to be beautiful. I would then add fuel to the fire and suggest that we were prettier than Mrs William. I wouldn't be doing all th
