Chapter 18

They arrived at the hospital and Ariana sat down and she prayed. Jack told her that her mom is undergoing surgery, she didn't know that her mom's condition has worsened to that extent. In a few hours the doctors came out and some nurses rolled her mom out of the surgery room.

"You must be her daughter, Ariana right?" the doctor asked.

"Yes" Ari answered.

"The surgery was a success" he said with a smile on his face.

"Thank God!" Ariana exclaimed and droplets of tears left her eyes. Her mom is safe.

The nurses transferred Helena to the VIP room that chairman Jack ordered. Mike and Ariana sat down and they watched they're mother who is in a deep sleep. Ariana is so glad and grateful that her mom is fine, who knew that help was already sent to her.

But now she has a fiancee. She don't mind having a fiancee now, her mom is safe and that's all that matters. Mike will soon be going to school and she too will continue her school, so it's a win-win.
