Celine subconsciously gripped Daniel’s hand.
She never considered those things.
She doesn’t even know about those details.
How could she ruin Daniel’s life like this?
“D” she called out softly.
She wanted to say how sorry she was.
But she doesn’t know what to do or what to say.
“It’s okay, sweetheart” Daniel caressed her cheeks to ease her worry.
He looked intently in her eyes then playfully winked at her.
“I love you” he added.
His actions caught Celine off-guard.
What did he say?
She was still trying to figure out if she heard him correctly when Daniel spoke again.
“Minerva, please be careful with your words” he looked at the confused Minerva.
“You’re upsetting my wife. I cannot tolerate it” his voice boomed across the room.
His playful aura immediately turned into a murderous one.
