"You survived it," he corrected, still calm as ever. "There's a big difference."

I pushed off the wall, and before I could get hold of myself, I was already a few inches close to him.

"That's kind of funny," I said, my voice very low. "As for me, from the very point where I was standing, I can boldly tell you that I saved your entire operation with whatever I did."

"Yes, I'm aware of that." He replied. There was no denial, no argument, he just agreed.
