SOPHIA'S POV

The sky had a different look tonight, the stars had disappeared and the surface was clouded. The harsh wind beated my face rapidly as lightening strokes lit up the night sky. Seemed it was going to rain here tonight and I was going to enjoy every bit of it.

I closed the window, knowing the cold would be just too much for Lydia. I went to lie on the bed beside her as the rain came in full force. Drops of rain water beating heavily against the window while deafening Thunder strikes rules the night. The noise from the Thunder was so loud, I almost missed the message that flooded into my mind from Patrick.

I considered ignoring it and just pretend that I was asleep but In most cases, I never knew why Patrick was calling me and this one might be just important.
