Chapter 154~

Now my sweet, innocent sister was being reminded of the pain that I had caused her. The pain that I seemed to bring along in my wake everywhere I go. Her eyes were wide open as she stared at me. I was so ashamed of myself as she looked at me that I felt like running far away...for good this time. She deserved so much better than what I had given her.

"Kim?" she finally asked, her voice croaky.

I nodded, the unshed tears beginning to overflow. An overwhelming mixture of love, shame and sadness were swirling within me. I wanted to speak. I had so much that I should say to her, but I couldn't find the right words to convey my sorrow and regret.

She was looking at me with wide, beautiful eyes. Her face held a mixture of fear and awe like she was gazing upon a monster. A monster is likely exactly how she sees me, and it's what I deserve, I decided.
