Loud chattering filled the room, kids chasing each other, muttering words under their breath, some kids sprawled on the neat blue rug, playing with their toys.

The kitchen linked to the living room, some adults were leaning against the island, each gripping a glass of wine. There's some muttering, no laughter here, just clear talking.

Relax. Zoey's head throbbed, but she just couldn't. Dexter's hand was placed on hers, it was warm, at least that made her calm down a little, but still. She wanted to sprang up the seat, and protect those she loved, her mind reeled. To her mother's word, to Lin's words.

Thankfully, Zara was talking to her cousin 'Damien', they seemed to be arguing though, but hey, it was her daughter.

"Everybody." Natasha clicked the glass, the whole room went silent. The kids stopped and turned to look at her, immediately she received the call, she didn't know what prompted her to call Natasha, Natasha was soothing on the other end, and they agreed to call a meeting.
