Chapter 96:

Even though one week had passed and everything seemed to be moving well, Zoey still felt this urge: sinking and swimming through her, prompting her to see her mother in jail, so that's why early in the morning, she got into her Sedan and drove towards the lane.

"What do you want?" The receptionist barked at her, her face gruff, prison was not a good place, no doubt. It smelt of stale coffee, the place looks rugged, like criminals had been jacked into this place, struggling to get inside.

"I want to see my mother." Zoey made to speak again, but the angry looking woman waved her off.

"Sorry. Kid." The woman puffed her cigar in between her hands, "But visiting hours are over, if you would please return later, I am sure you would be entertained with whoever you want to meet."

The woman is really rude, no doubt, but Zoey doesn't want to leave without seeing her mother. Sometimes, your name is very important, and if using that name would get her what she wants. Then, why the heck not?
