“Even though it is worth millions of dollars, I don’t think I can be a part of this deal, I don’t deal in illegal activities.” I said to the business partners that were sitting across me in the office. “It also has to do with mafia activities and I don’t want to be a part of that.”

One of them had a huge weird smirk dancing at the corner of his lips as I spoke, as though he was just waiting for me to finish talking before he lashes out at me. “That is funny coming from a mafia don.” He laughed. “Why will a mafia don tell us he doesn’t want to be a part of mafia activities? I don’t think that makes any sense.”
