Belle placed a small knock on Jasper's door before gently opening it , she popped her head in through the small opening.

"Dinner is served " she called out to him even if she couldn't see him.

"Okay" he replied in a very lifeless voice but she still managed to hear him, she sighed deeply , closed the door and walked back downstairs.

They had only spent a day here together and she could already tell her stay with him was going to be a very boring one .

When Emma told her that he was a detective , she pictured a really curious person, someone who would talk to her constantly but she ended up with someone who would rather keep everything to himself and figure it out on his own.
