Madchen’s entire body began to tremble. It was becoming increasingly hard to breathe. Any second now, she would completely melt down, giving over to the one thing she had fought so hard to contain. Soon she would be nothing but a heap of bundled nerves on the floor. Soon, everyone would see her for what she really was, a pathetic loser, as her meth head mother called her, a waste of space and food.
