Choices of One

Carmen stood in the living room as she watched Michelle slowly walk to where she was. It was a surreal moment. So many thoughts and questions had flooded her mind. She knew that in the end there was no end result where Michelle walked out of all this alive. It wasn't a good thought, but as far as Carmen was concerned it had to be done. before her last moments she was going to get what, she wanted, even if she had to force her to tell. As Michelle made it to the living room Carmen saw something in her eyes. It was that look people have when they are in disbelief when the truth is right in front of them. Carmen found this woman very intriguing upon first glance, she knew that killing her was going to be difficult.

"Brenna, lights on."

Carmen watched as the lights came on and suddenly the look on Michelle's face went from unbelief to shock.

"So, it really is you, you have no idea what I've had to do to track you down."
