Damon had begun to get suspicious after seeing so many injuries on my body. If I hadn’t said I was attacked by rogues, he would’ve started investigating.

It was a new day and I planned to rest and distance myself from the shenanigans today. I had visited the clinic to get patched up. The nurse informed me that if I had come in an hour late, she wouldn’t have been able to do anything to help me.

I was shot with a rusted arrow and that led to unnecessary bleeding and contaminated blood. The whips weren’t the best as well. Soaked with blood of all kinds.

I woke up early today because of the pain in my leg. The nurse also told me that if the pain was too much, I should take the painkillers she recommended. I took the pills and returned to bed when I heard a loud knock on my door.
