TWO DAYS LATER

It was silent inside the dining room, the boys were sitting on my right while Bella was on Luca's lap and she looked happy and healthier. She was discharged from the hospital the other day and now she was feeling a lot better.

Lucas has been taking care of her for the past two days and…I would say he was doing a good job. He always made sure that Bella remained hydrated, ate lots of vegetables and fruits as advised by the doctor, and took the medicines on time without missing even a single tablet.

Bella knows Lucas is the one who donated blood for her and she was so happy. I was the one who informed her and the boys since I was preparing them psychologically for this very moment.

Paula left the dining room not long ago, giving us some privacy with the triplets. I talked to her about my idea of telling them the truth, seeking some advice and she agreed with me.
