Chapter 22

Aurora pov:

The rest of my classes went by uneventful. I was too busy waiting for something bad to happen to actually pay attention to any of my professors. I’m pretty sure some of them noticed, but didn’t bother to say anything because of Axel.

Speaking of Axel, I shyly glanced over at said……..man. Though I’m scared he was playing around with me, I couldn’t help but to notice how manly he is. His huge body sat relaxed in the small chair. The hoodie he was wearing did no justice hiding his muscular arms and chest. It looks like if he flexed once he would rip his hoodie.

My face heated slightly as I continued to stare. I really shouldn’t stare. It wasn’t polite and he might get mad at me.

I quickly face forward again, trying to get back into my work. With him still on my mind, I knew it would be pointless for me to try to finish whatever work I had left. I would have to do it later. Plus class was about to end soon. There really wasn’t a point to try and continue it.
