Doubts

Ashley left the dining hurriedly before any other person after finishing the meal, she was still feeling terrified about dining with the royal family even though she is just a maid.

She got to her room and she shut her door, she breathed nervously as she walked to the bed and sat on it.

She knows she will be in danger with the way she is being recognized and she was starting to doubt saving Hayden.

“Hey.” She heard Bryan’s voice and she looked up to see him, she rushes to him and wrapped her hands around him.

“Bryan am scared.” She muttered and he smiled before hugging her back.

“I know you are, but you are going to be fine.”

“The King can't hurt you, not after what Hayden did for you in the throne room, all you have to do is stay away from the Princess and mostly the Prince.” He said and she sighed, she let go of Bryan and ran her hands through her hair.
