A FEW HOURS EARLIER It had been just a few hours since the meeting with the council, Theodore was having a peaceful rest at the balcony outside the throne room, with Shira by his side. It was a date he'd plan, trying to make it up to her as he had promised. Both of them were sipping champagne, talking, enjoying the cool breeze from the height of the balcony. All of a sudden, a feeling that Theodore could not put into words hit him. His once smiling face instantly went pale, as everywhere around him became as dark as the night. Looking forward he could see cave walls all around him. "Theodore…." He clearly heard the voice of Adira calling to him, her voice wavering, he could hear the fear within it. "Please I need you now…." As sudden as the feeling came, it stopped and everything went back to normal. He opened his eyes, and realized he was on the floor. "Theodore…." Shira called, squatted next to him. "Are you okay?" He could see the fear in her eyes as he stared up at her.

It was morning back at the pack, the sun was just rising, its warm rays shot through the windows, slowly illuminating the castle's infirmary as Liam lay peacefully in one of its beds. Slowly, he opened his blue eyes to the white ceiling above him. He turned sideways to the bench beside his bed, and saw Adira sleeping on it. She still had the hoodie on that was stained with blood, with a blanket covering the lower part of her body. Her injured forehead had been healed. Did she sleep here? He wondered. Adira may have gone out of Theodore's head, but he was still captured, sitting on the iron chair while Roman continued to glare at his face, smiling in a devilish manner. "Who are you?" Theodore finally summoned the courage to ask, bringing the awkward silence that had lingered in the room for what felt like an eternity, to an end. "So he speaks." It was now noon, Adira had just had her bath and walked out of the bathroom into Theodore's room with a towel tied around her chest. On the bed, there were a few clothes, left there by Laura. Nervously she walked over, and swiftly put them on. It was a black skinny jeans, white T-shirt with a black jacket. Feeling confident, she turned around and walked out the door, but was supprised to see Liam standing there, about to knock on the door. "Whoa…." His mouth was left slightly opened, while his eyes were fixed on her body. Leaving Adira dumfounded, she couldn't tell if it was because he liked it the clothes or because she looked silly. "Is it too much?" She asked nervously. "I borrowed theses from Laura, because my old clothes were ruined with blood stains. If it's too much I could go back and—" "No!" There were only three hunters guarding that part of the warehouse, and they all pointed their guns at Dominic and his men the moment he stepped out of the car. Despite being faced with such danger, Dominic smiled without a single grain of fear visible in him. He proceeded to walk to the front door with his men walking behind him. The hunter standing at the front door, stood firmly, pointing his AK 47 at him but Dominic and his men weren't stopping. In fear, he started calling the hunters guarding other parts of the warehouse to the front door with his walkie-talkie. In less than a second, the hunters guarding other parts of the warehouse rushed over to the front door, making their numbers amount to over a dozen, with all of them pointing their guns at Dominic. "Stand back!" The hunter standing at the front door finally had enough courage and yelled at the top of his voice, bringing Dominic to an abrupt stop. At the other side of the cliff, Liam, Adira, Shira Edward and Peter were still carefully watching in total silence. "He is surrounded!" Adira gently placed her hand on Liam's shoulder. "This is the time to attack!" Shira's eyes quickly moved to them like a hawk watching its prey, she had not been able to shake the feeling that something was going on between them. Especially since the way he pulled her back from the cliff when they first arrived, and how he jumped in the argument while she was basically defending him against Adira, to still defend Adira. Liam on the other hand wasn't dumb, he had been noticing this as well. The last thing he wanted was for more people to know about him and Adira, especially Shira of all people. "I am aware.." He coldly removed Adira's hand from his shoulder, and turned around to Edward and Peter, while taking off his shirts. "Okay, it's showtime boys. Come on, we have to take off our clothes, so we don't mess it up as we shift into our wolf forms.

Liam grabbed Theodore by the shoulders, and aggressively turned his whole body to face him, brain matter and blood was splashed all over his face. Liam then sighed in relief as he realized Theodore wasn't the one shot. But who was shot? Both of them quickly turned to face Roman, a hole was right in his forehead, then his lifeless body that was still standing, thudded on the ground. Theodore's eyes were left wide open, too stunned to speak. Roman's body falling, revealed Dominic who was standing at the edge of the cliff, holding Roman's pistol that he had earlier knocked off his hand. He had picked it up earlier when he pretended to fall dead to the ground, then crawled all the way to a corner of the edge of the cliff, that was far away from the forest cliff which was why Shira or Adira didn't see him either.
