Ragnuff Crescent Moon Community
Third Person POV.
Alpha Zayne Steele
Alpha Zayne headed to the training grounds to shower, which should still be empty, to his knowledge. There are never many activities in there the morning after a mission.
Quickly getting into one of the showers, he stripped completely naked, then turned on the shower head, and it came to life.
He solely let the water soak him down from head to toe.
Standing there, face up, he relishes the water pouring over him and tries to rub some life back into his face for this meeting.
Zayne then quickly soaped and scrubbed with what felt like his last bit of energy. He had a long day and night previously.
Moments later, he was tense, and to be quite honest, he was exasperated as he realized he was no longer alone. No. Not anymore.
"Hi, Alpha. Need any help in there?"
Guess who! It's Sacha. Here. Right now. Sacha came into this training grounds with one thing on her mind. She had been looking out for his return since seeing him run into the woods.
She had left him to his time in the woods. Sacha was smart enough to know going after him then was not the right time. She knew he was dealing with a lot and assumed he needed some quiet time.
However, she had plans for when he returned.
Sacha purposed to help ease that stress once he returned. She had greeted, sounding all sultry in her attempt to seduce her Alpha.
Alpha Zayne roughly passes his palms over his face, turning to look at her. Goddess, damn it! Sacha was the last thing he wanted to deal with right now. Why won't she give up?
Sacha stood there with just a towel wrapped around her, "no, Sacha, I am fine," Zayne growled out lowly, thoroughly annoyed and agitated.
"You SURE about that?" She lifts an eyebrow in question. Lips puckered in a sexy way, trying to come across as alluring.
Sacha stepped closer, eyes blazing with lust and desire, and watched him intently. Her intentions were evident to Zayne as she slowly reached up with one hand, flexing her fingers in anticipation, to pull on her white towel, letting it drop to the ground.
Zayne sucked in a deep breath and felt his m*nhood stir. Sacha is undoubtedly a sexy woman. She is attractive, and maybe if she were not this forceful and always lurking around so much that it now comes off as creepy, and she was not a part of his pack, then maybe he would have gone there with her.
It is simply too many things to consider, and so he rather not, besides the way she comes at him is such a turn-off that it makes it easy for the Alpha to turn her down.
Sacha stood before him, stark naked, tempting him. Her smooth, brown skin glowed, and he could see the heat coming off it like steam if he looked close enough.
Sacha certainly was on fire for him right now. Goddess, she had wanted him since the very first time she saw him.
She looked at him with a knowing smile; boy, did his m*nhood twitch again.
"What do you want, Sacha?" He asked, thoroughly irritated at his reactions to her nakedness. After all, he was a man. No beast.
"You know EXACTLY what I want," she tentatively approached him. Her supple bosom tempted him to touch, feel, and grasp them in his hands. He flexed his fingers at his side.
What the F**K, no, no, no. "You need to leave NOW," he warned.
"You seem unsure though?" she purrs, "Do you reallyyy want me to leave?" She moans.
F*ck f*ck f*ck, "Sacha, LEAVE NOW," he roared.
Alpha Zayne did not know how to say it differently for her to understand, so he used his Alpha tone.
She flinched at the force of his growl and command, disappointment evident on her face. "FINE!" she shouted back and left.
"Don't you ever do that again! I am your ALPHA!" He snarled for good measure. He was highly pissed the f**k off at his reaction to her. AHHHHHHH. This is the last time he showers in here. He says to no one in particular.
Plus, werewolves were highly sexual creatures, and he was a horny beast who hadn't had the pleasure of female company in months, and this mission had made his sex life non-existent.
He has not had the time to go out clubbing or any events where he can meet a lovely young lady and have some fun, both going their separate ways once the deed is done.
No strings attached.
That is what Zayne needs, not some she-wolf in heat looking to become Luna. That is too much drama that he was not interested in entertaining, especially as his focus was waiting for his mate.
Finishing his shower, Alpha Zayne dried and threw on a pair of shorts from one of the cupboards of clean clothes. They usually have some stored in here, just in case.
He then made his way home for a proper change of clothes and headed to the situation room for the meeting.
An hour later, wrapping up the meeting. "Alpha, Alpha Dartwood is here to see you." Zayne's Lead warrior, Nathanial, announced. "He said it was about the call last night."
Alpha Dartwood, Zayne remembers that call. Alpha Dartwood was the most clipped with him and hurried to get off the phone like Zayne was bothering him. What does HE want?
"Ok, direct him to my office at the pack house," Zayne instructed, getting up from the chair he was sitting on in the situation room.
"Er, Alpha, he is here with his daughter and wife." Nathanial hastily adds.
"Ok, take them to my office at the pack house," Zayne replied, heading out the door and on his way.
"Mekhi," he mind linked. "Hey, what's up?" Mekhi immediately responds.
"Meet me in my office. Alpha Dartwood is here from the Hardulph Crescent Moon Community."
"Ok, on my way." Cutting the link, Zayne continued his trek. Mekhi had sat this meeting out as he was taking care of some business with the clubs Alpha Zayne owns.
In Alpha Zayne's office
Beads of sweat form continuously on the forehead of Alpha Jude Dartwood as he sits patiently awaiting the arrival of Alpha Steele.
He was built, clad in his tailored form-fitting suit, his greying hair receding behind his hairline, five feet ten inches. Dartwood occasionally swipes his handkerchief over his forehead, soaking up the beads as they rapidly form.
His brown eyes sometimes dart around the room, then over his shoulders to the door.
His daughter Leandra Dartwood sat meekly to his left. Her face blossomed with light makeup, clad in a chic dark blue, knee-height dress that highlighted her creamy skin paired with black pointy toes.
She has gorgeous light blue eyes with long flowing blonde hair past her shoulders, neatly styled in a side part. Some hair fell in a sweep over her right eye, accentuating the shape of her face.
Leandra sat with her knees closed, hands clasped in her lap with her bag next to her in her chair. She did not want to be here or want to have to do this, and she hoped and prayed to the Divine Moon Goddess that she won't have to.
Leandra was hoping that Alpha Steele would turn her father down. Or they would come to an agreement that does not involve using her as a bargaining chip. She waited patiently for this so-called Alpha to show his face.
That old man was known for dealing in some shady business back in the day when Leandra was a child. She could not fathom why her father would want to tie her to that old snooze because he had lost his wife and mate.
There are many other packs he could have gone. Why here? She was livid, but all her temper tantrums were for naught. They still end up here.
So she waited.
And his wife, Lenora Dartwood, sat next to their daughter. She sat poised, back straight in her pinstripe gray suit and pink pumps. Her sleek dirty blonde hair was styled in a low bun.
Her blue eyes glanced at her husband reassuringly from time to time when their eyes would meet. She would always be his support, and she was here to do just that, offer comfort and cheer him on if need be.
Alpha Thornton held the phone and crushed it before he could threaten Dr. Nathan. No. One thing he would never do is go at him unprepared without information. He would not further look the fool to this mere human.Plus, he did not want Ivan nor Jada to know who he was talking to, not to mention Ivan was already suspicious of him, he reasoned."Aubrianne has been kidnapped," Ivan said and took control because he knew Thornton would not be capable of thinking clearly after hearing such news. His eyes were changing from black to red, and he was about to lose control. Ivan told him to breathe, "Deep breaths," he said as he motioned. Then Ivan grappled with his phone and started making arrangements as he updated the guy who was still on the phone with them, and they went back and forth with updates and information.Open communications on both ends while Jada sat in a trance on a nearby plush sofa, trying to connect with Aubrianne or Shawn, and now Alpha Thornton sat frozen and unmoving…Ep
Aubrianne and Shawn cried out as Shawn rushed to Kirrah's side and brought her closer to him and Aubrianne as he consoled her with his tear-filled eyes and felt the most gut-wrenching pain in the midst of all this. And Aubrianne relaxed herself from clutching her chest, grasping her heart, trying to calm the beats, then wrapped her arms around them, trying to give comfort, but it was like her magic was not working, or she could not focus well enough to do the task.At this point, Aubrianne was kicking herself for not giving up herself. All the teams would be alive, not to mention Shawn's mate Kirrah."I should have surrendered. Maybe Kirrah will still be alive." Aubrianne started, but Shawn quickly cut her off, "I won't hear of it."He shut her down instantly."They would have killed us all anyway," Shawn spoke, his voice croaking. Realizing and accepting his faith, he would gladly die and meet his mate in the afterlife. But he had to be strong right now for Aubrianne, and they were s
The sound of tires screeching and the burnt scent of rubber filled their nostrils. And for a moment, they suffered from the force and power that reverberated through the vehicle after the blowing up of the jeep in front of them.Aubrianne's ears were ringing loudly and sharply. It grated on her soul."Zayne, we are under attack, Aubrianne screamed into the phone, not even hearing herself, as she clumsily and desperately tried to reach her lifeline, the phone connection to Zayne.*BOOM* The car behind them was now a goner, taken out with no survivors. More ringing in their ears, Aubrianne screamed towards the phone and informed Zayne the vehicle behind was now down.More vibrations rippled through the air in the wake of the loud explosion…The atmosphere was loud. You could hear the raging licks of fire stemming from the burnt vehicles that had ignited.Screaming came from the jeep behind that quickly died. The night then became suddenly still, and the air almost felt stagnant. Where
Unshed tears swelled in Aubrianne's eyes as she rapidly blinked them away, sniffled, and rubbed her itchy nose with the back of her hand. Goddess, her mom was dead and has been for a long time. She thought she was over this. But the dam burst. Aubrianne couldn't hold it back because this dream had felt so real. Martha burst through the room just as Leia shouted to ease her humans' dismay, 'We must get back to Mother Aubrianne. Snap out of it….' Aubrianne jumped up off the bed as if it was suddenly set ablaze. It was almost like a complete leap, the same way her heart leaped out of her chest, escaping its restraints in utter joy and confusion at that moment, still slightly groggy from her nap and grappling with reality.'You fainted silly,' Leia teased."Oh Goddess, it was not a dream; is my mother alive?" she questioned carefully as if articulating to two-year-olds. After staring wide-eyed at Martha, who was slowly shaking her head up and down in confirmation. While Leia also
Nevertheless, Daniela chose to listen intently. "Don't you see, all I have to do is bide my time?" Daniel expressed enthusiastically, giving hand gestures. His head tilted toward Daniela, staring into her eyes, not backing down or showing a hint of indecisiveness. No, he was certain."Wow, so you are serious about rejecting your mate?" Daniela finally asked. "Yes, I am," Daniel answered, not missing a beat almost before she finished her question."My plan is simple, sis; I would not get myself entangled in anything with anyone and simply wait." Daniela stared at her brother as if he had grown two horns. She could not help it. She snapped, "Who are you, and what did you do to my brother? Because this is not my brother I am talking to." She did not want to start calling him names, especially the fact that she thought he was a psycho.Daniel smiled almost eerily at Daniela and said, "It's me, sis." Daniela could not help but wonder if something sinister was going on. Something di
This was indeed overwhelming and euphoric at the same time, to say the least, for Aubrianne.Since her arrival earlier, Martha had been jolly, almost skipping through her explanations, fanciful as ever. This caused a giddiness in Leia as she listened to what she already suspected. She was wagging her tail and skipping around as if she truly knew what it was.Aubrianne hated this. She hated it when Leia did this - knowing precisely what was going on, but Leia would choose to wait for Aubrianne to figure it out.But she knew Leia knew that she would figure it out, eventually. It was like Leia was sort of testing her, and honestly, Aubrianne does not mind most of the time, but right now, she does not appreciate this about Leia.At All! Right now, she wanted to know what it was all about.Nevertheless, Aubrianne's eyes only widened the more Martha explained. Her security detail had dropped her off and set up two miles away at a motel after they ensured the area surrounding Martha's was se
