"Bailey, don't be rude!"

Bailey only stopped barking after it heard Warren's voice. Still, it stood between Seth and Evelyn.

Warren walked over to Bailey's side. Bending at the waist, he grabbed it by the scruff of its neck. With an apologetic smile, he said, "Sorry, Bailey doesn't like it when other men get close to its mother."

Evelyn knew what was going on. She glared at Warren angrily and demanded, "Warren, what do you think you're doing?"

Warren looked up calmly. His eyes were filled with affection. "I'm helping Bailey woo its Mom. Can't you tell?"

Evelyn gritted her teeth in anger. "Well, let me tell you now that you'll never woo her because I won't give you the chance!"

Then, she went to Seth's side and asked worriedly, "Seth, are you alright?"

"I'm fine. You should head up first. It was a tiring day, so go shower and get some rest. I'll pick you up tomorrow."
