Kaiden POV. River shifted, but I couldn't do that yet, I really wanted to shift, daddy took me back to our room where I took a nap, hugging my teddy lulu. Adrian POV. "Go to sleep pidge" I plead with her, it's past her bedtime, but she refuses to go down and sleep, she's been acting all fussy wanting to go out and see my dragon now. Chase POV.I think I'm being adopted by mama Masha, I now stay in her room, she had to pay Anastasia and promise to help her, she even sent a request to my parents and Mr. Laden to get me to move in with her. Kaiden POV.I don't feel well at all, I woke up with a stomach ache, I'm too hot but daddy had so many layers on me, I tried to push the onesie off me, but it's up to my neck and I can't reach the zipper, I also had a blanket covering me. I started to whine, kicking both my feet trying to get it off me, daddy must have woken up with my whining and crying, he got up rubbing his eyes, and getting me out of the crib. Adrian POV. Kaiden is shifting, her eyes turned purple, but she woke up feeling sick, I took her out, it's what we are supposed to do when the little start to show signs of shifting. I told Anastasia that I could handle it, I thought I could until Kaiden started to scream in pain, until she blacked out in my hands.That never happened before, I know shifting hurt, but not that badly, I was losing Kaiden, she's burning up but had no fever, she's screaming in pain but I couldn't do anything to help her with the pain, even when I tried to talk her out of it, to tell her she could do it, but my words didn't help, Kaiden blacked out. Kaiden POV.I never knew the moon was so nice, I felt myself getting close to the moon, even in my sleep I could feel the moon light on my face, I smiled. My dragon was still mad at me, hiding away, I don't know why she's mad but I felt like crying, why is she hiding away from me? I felt air hitting my face, the cold air made me feel better, much better, I wasn't burning anymore. I wanted to wake up, to call to Adrian, he'll know what to do with my dragon, he'll scold her into coming back, she can't leave me, not like that. No matter bow hard I tried to wake myself I couldn't wake up, I was too tired, I tried to push myself, but to no use.
