12. New Agreement

Unknowingly, Amber gulped. After taking a deep breath, she said in a low voice. "I told you, I'm not that kind of girl."

"Is that so?" Adam muttered, narrowing his eyes. A second later, his thumb moved slowly to stroke the woman's lips. “Aren't you used to offering your body to the man you wanted to seize? Those girls even called you a top-class man snatcher.”

After brushing the man's hand away from her face, Amber narrowed her gaze. "Watch your mouth. You don't understand what you're talking about."

"Which part do I not understand?" Mr. Cold inquired, tilting his head. “The way you offer your body? Or how did you get that nickname?”

"I never snatched someone's husband," Amber said with anger in her eyes. "You have no right to label me with that title."

After a moment of silence, Adam began to nod. "Okay. I don't care about your background. Now, all we have to talk about is how you’ll repay me.”

"I won't let you touch me," Amber said briskly.

"What if you touch me?"

"Never."
