As soon as Richard mentioned Joey's name, Susan's eyes filled up with tears. She thought of the fact that Joey and her mother could not just stop being evil, and showing her so much hate and contempt. After the incident happened with Richard in the hotel where he took her innocence, Susan left her family's house for good on the instruction of Joey and her mother. Now she had returned and wanted to do as little as taking the items that her mother had left behind for her, yet Joey denied her that as well, and also threatened to burn the items that Susan so desperately wanted. It had been two days since the incident happened with Joey, and Richard mentioning Joey's name now only made Susan afraid, wondering if the items had indeed been burnt. She shook her head at the thought of it. How could people be so wicked, for no reason?

'Just tell me what happened, Susan' Richard said when he saw the tears that rolled down her cheeks. She looked as if she was going through so much untold pain.
