NOTE: Sept 29 I go in for an unplanned joint replacement in one of my fingers. I have been struggling to write. After this I will take several days off to recover from the surgery, but healing takes 3-6 months and I will have to write 1 handed 4-5 novels at once. Both index fingers need this surgery so I am working with a painful finger still.
