Kimberly's POV

“Who is it?” I called out as I heard a knock on my door, applying my lipstick, ready to go and party.

“What do you want?” I asked, frowning at Loretta who was carrying a sobbing Daisy in her arms.

“Daisy had been crying for the past two hours now, she refused to eat and she won't sleep as well…..”

“And what do you want me to do? Am I her nanny?” I cut her off, getting irritated by Daisy’s cry.

Loretta exhaled deeply and said, “Ma’am, please,” her eyes becoming watery.

I rolled my eyes, wondering what she expected me to do. “I don't get you, you’ve been the one taking care of her since she was born, so what are you begging me for?” I said, already boiling with anger.

“It's true she knows me as her nanny, but she calls you ‘mommy’, which shows that she definitely knows you gave birth to her. Daisy needs her mother’s embrace.”Loretta said, as she patted Daisy's back to comfort her.
