Chapter 64

"It's a pleasure to have this interview with you, Emma." Jonah said to her with a small smile plastered on his lips.

He had not believed his ears when Brandon had called him to schedule an interview with Emma as fast as he could. Jonah wasn't one who jumped at the latest gossip which was one of the reasons why he was so good and also famous at his job. Anything brought to the public by Jonah was hardly doubtful. Emma had no idea that Brandon would be able to make Jonah schedule the interview. She had no idea they even knew each other. But it was obvious from watching them interact that they were close. Maybe not the best of friends but close all the same. She had been nervous when she first met him but Brandon had promised her that Jonah just looked intimidating on camera but he was a real softie. That had calmed her at first but now with the camera rolling, she was filled with nerves but she tried really hard to cover it with a smile.

    Chapter 73Emma cried in relief when she saw Brandon. She wanted to move to him to give him a hug but her hands which were handcuffed limited her movement. Brandon wasted no time in getting it off her and then she was in Brandon's embrace. He held her close, taking in her scent and her face.
