I chuckled in amusement.

“You really want to take me on the date? Like a place other than this mansion you’ve locked me up for the past few weeks?! What made you change your mind so suddenly??"

Finally, Nicholas’s smug smirk faltered away and he stared at me, obviously not catching the hint of sarcasm in my tone and statement which made me laugh.

“Fine. Just forget it.” He answered sternly, about to turn and leave.

His reaction was priceless and it was making me laugh. I was just playing around and trying to act tough, I would enjoy going out with him but I just wanted to play around first.

“Hold on, I was just messing with you.” I told him amidst my laughter and that’s what halted him in his tracks. He then turned back to face me.

“I would love to go out with you, but definitely not naked like a mad person.” I answered gesturing to my unclad appearance and his face brightened up a bit.

“I have that already taken care of.” Nicholas answered with a proud smile
