Anna’s eyes widened; she held her breath in as his words replayed in her head. Currently, she wore nothing to protect her chastity; she didn’t even have one, as this man was the same one to take it from her.

The seconds passed in silence as their eyes mirrored. His grip on the towel was firm. She tilted her neck to meet his gaze, her heart racing in her chest.

It felt like she had been thrown back to six years ago. If there had been a word to define him, it was dominant.
