“This is the final boarding call for passengers booked on a flight to New York City. Please proceed to gate 3 immediately. The final checks are being completed and the captain will order for the doors of the aircraft to close in approximately five minutes in time. I repeat. This is the final boarding call. Thank you.”
After hearing the boarding call, I could feel the pain inside my heart grow bigger. As I looked at the five people in front of me, I couldn’t help but feel sad.
