Lazarus

"Is there anything else you want to talk about?" Elise asked, making me look at her. I sighed, knowing what I was going to say might anger her a bit. Hell, it was going to anger her so bad.

But I knew I had to restrict her movements around the correctional center. At least, until she could fight decently. At the moment, she was weak, and couldn't hold her own yet against others.

That was what I and the others had gone outside to discuss.

"You need to stop going around on your own," I began, waiting with bated breath for her reaction.

I wasn't ready however, when she let out a chuckle.

"That's the same thing I'm saying, isn't it? You guys would protect me, isn't it?" She asked with gleaming eyes.

I looked at the others, their eyes mirroring surprise which I knew was evident in mine. I cleared my throat, putting on a blank expression again. I had to be firm.
