Chapter 28

Alice sat on the couch in the living room, watching as her children played together on the rug. Henry, Harriet, and Hannah were laughing andgiggling, lost in their own little world of make-believe. Alice smiled, glad to see that they were getting along so well.

As she watched them, Alice couldn't help but feel a twinge of sadness. Her son Harry wasstill in the hospital, recovering from his accident. Alice missed him terribly, and she knew that her other children did as well.

Suddenly, she heard voices coming from the children's play area. She listened closely and realized that her children were talking to each other, each taking on a different persona.

"Princess Harriet needs help from the brave knight Henry!" Harriet exclaimed, waving a toy wand.

"I am here to serve, my princess," Henry replied, bowing dramatically.

Hannah giggled. "And I'm the fairy godmother! I'll make sure you both stay safe on your adventures."
