Arawa felt the need to panic and she actually did as she first brought a finger to his nostrils. Thankfully, he was still breathing and she had never been more relieved. Brian had been in his room obviously tidying up. He had just finished his bath after breakfast as he had been really hungry after waking up. Upon his insistence, Arawa had stayed although she still refused to take anything from him. But he could tell she was hungry, her stomach still sang the hunger song before him. That morning when he had woken up and found her sneaking out of his room to get her bath, Brian could not help but wonder if she really was the same person who had been singing the previous night. They had gotten enough rest and had to set out for the rest of the journey. It was noon and the sun was fully awake but the big trees of the forest provided shade for the sojourners. Kuka and his people had to keep moving, they had leftovers from the barely well cooked meat and some fruits. That should be enough for them to get on by.
