Wren

My eyes drift to Ezra for the tenth time this night. Since the call, he’s been much more quiet.

“Baby?” I lift a brow, watching him twirl the spoon around his food. He’s been eating really slowly too.

He forces a smile. “Yes, love?”

“Are you going to tell me what the call was about?”

“It’s nothing really.”

“You look like you have a lot on your mind.”

“I’m just thinking,” he replies. “Eat, love. I’m fine.”

“You’re not eating either.”

“Okay then. Let’s eat…both of us.”

I agree. No one says anything again, both of us trying our best to hold down our dinner.

In about thirty minutes, we push our plates away and drink some water, eyes staring at each other over the rim of our cups.

“I’ll place them in the dishwasher.” I stand.

He stands too. “Don’t worry, I’ll do it.”

“No.” I frown. “You cooked, I’ll clean.”

“We cooked together—”

“Sit babe. Let me.” I take the plates away, giving him the time and space he needs to get his thoughts together.

When I get back, he has his face in his hand

WrenWe hear the car pull into the driveway and before I can help Quincy to her feet, the door clicks upon and Ray marches in.I don’t see Ezra behind him.“Ray, is—”“Ezra’s waiting in the car, Chirp. Help him clean up his wound.”My stomach dips. “Wound?”He sighs and settles on the sofa beside Quincy. “I’ll explain later, but for now, we need to breathe. Go.”“O-okay. Bye guys.” I grab my bag and rush out of the house.Sure enough, Ezra’s engine is still purring in the driveway. “Baby.” I slam the door shut. “What hap—”My eyes nearly bulge out of their sockets when I see his arm. He’s shirtless, the white shirt he wore is now soaked in blood and wrapped around his arm.Bile rises in my throat. “Jesus, Ezra. What is—what the hell happened?”He gives me a small grin and pulls out of the driveway. “It’s not as bad as it looks, I promise.”“Your shirt is soaked.”“I just have a lot of blood. How’re you, sweetheart?”My mouth opens and closes. “I should be asking you. Christ, Ezra…thi

Ezra“You good, Kelsie?” Ray asks.I stare at her through the rear mirror as she bobs her head with a happy smile on her face. Donovan types away on his phone, a permanent scowl on his face.He always looks grumpy. Though, I’ve not really gotten to know him, but he’s…efficient. “For someone who doesn’t know what we’re walking into, you’re not worried at all,” I say to Kelsie, making the turn to the pit.She shrugs. “I trust you guys.”So much faith in us. Faith that I, myself didn’t have enough of. Ray and I glance at each other, matching frowns on our faces.“That’s their car.” Ray points to the black jeep at the distance and my phone beeps.Donovan and Ray step out and I use that opportunity to quickly read the text from AJ.AJ: If you’re with Wren, go back. I’m here, and I’ve been instructed to grab her no matter what.I look back at Kelsie, relief washing over me as I shoot back a text.Me: She’s here. We’ll try to talk to Lydia.AJ: Christ, Ezzy. Fine, do what you want. Don’t re

Ezra“Oh y-yes…yessss…god, baby…” Wren moans, head thrown back as she bounces up and down on my very hard cock. One hand on her waist and the other on the bed, I meet her thrust for thrust. I wrap her around my wrists and tug slightly. She whimpers. “Ezraaaa..”“I’m here, sweetheart.” Thrust. “I’m.” Thrust. “Right.” Thrust. “Here.”A shiver works through her body, her hips rolling and grinding down on me.God, she’s so swarm, so wet.The slick sound of our intimacy echoes loudly in the room. Sweat rolls down her spine while mine rolls down my temples. My hair is damp and sticking to my forehead.Fuck, we’ve been going at it for almost an hour and then some. I reach behind and squeeze her ass before brushing the spot were joined. She jerks. “Oh god, do that again.”The feel of my cock sinking into her sends shock waves through my body. When I do it again, she clings to my chest, her arms wrapped around my neck.I look up at her. “Fuck, look at you. You’re a fucking goddess. You fit so

EzraWe both stare at the dress and jewelry on Wren’s bed while she cuddles in my lap as I sit on the chair by her dresser.“You’re sure you didn’t bring back any of these?” I ask again. She exhales shakily. “I think so. God, Ezra, I don’t know. If I say I’m sure, then how are these things here?”“Has anything else happened? Anything that’s a bit suspicious?”“No. Just this.” She sniffles. “Maybe I’m being paranoid.”“There’s no way someone would break into this house without the alarm going off, baby. Yet, I believe that there’s something fishy going on.”“I’m not insane.”“You’re not,” I affirm. “I’m going to make some calls…”“What would you say?”I shrug, sifting my hands through her hair. “Honestly? I have no idea. But do me a favour, don’t say this to Ray.”“Why not?”“He could tell other bikers, and right now…I don’t think I trust them.”She sits up in my arms. “Are you saying there’s a mole?”“Something like that.”Anyone that can get into this house has the password. Wren, Ra

  • Falling For The Biker: The Vice President’s Girl   102: Don’t Freak Out

Wren“Okay ma’am,” the mall attendant breathes. “I think I’ve been able to decipher this list of ingredients.”My cheeks flush. “Thank you. So sorry to be a bother.”“You’re not. It’s totally alright, and I’m happy to help.”“Thank you.”After the dress fiasco, I decided that just maybe I brought it back from Seattle, and in some careless unpacking from the Minnesota trip, I flung it on my bed and forgot.Maybe.That would be the better explanation. And before I lost mind over it, I decided to try cooking again for Ezra on our anniversary. So here I was, in the mall…asking for help. My fail attempt to write a list nearly gave the mall attendant a blind eye.But she’s amazing, especially not only with rewriting my list but also walking with me to get the ingredients.“Do you have a particular brand of pasta sauce?” We stop at the pasta sauce aisle and I stare at all the different bottles.I know what you’re thinking. Pasta again. You’re wrong. It’s just part of the ingredient I’m sto
