"Father wants to talk to you." I was hoping to only talk to him when I'm about to leave, we still have three more hours of this horrible gala to go through and I honestly do not want to be in an even worse mood as it is. Mother has already pissed me off, and Jerome had to add on to it.

I let go of Rina's waist and kiss her forehead.

"I'll be back." she nodded and smiles up at me, this feels like I'm going to war after all this is my father so might as well be walking into a battle.

"Geez brother you won't be gone forever, I'll take care of her for you." That's the shit I'm afraid of right there.

"No, it's cool, I'll go look for Karabo." Rina said, smart girl.

"Use this time to get to know your brother, I swear you won't regret it." Rina loo8ks at me with her eyes wide open as if she's asking for help, I can't believe I'm about to do this.

"Yeah cool, you'll be okay."

"You sure?" She squinted her eyes at me, begging me not to leave her with him.
