Chap 29: Together we heal the wound in each other's hearts.

I woke up when the light of dawn shone on my face. I reached for my phone on the table to check the time, and it startled me. It is midday now. I moved gently, but my body ached everywhere. It's all because of last night's infatuation.

I turned to look at Steven; he was still sleeping soundly, and his face looked very refreshed. I carefully examine his forehead; it seems to have cooled down. Yesterday he was sweating a lot. The memory of last night's passionate affair made my face flush. He was like a beast, licking everywhere in every corner of my body as if gnawing at his favorite food. I didn't think a sick person would bully a healthy person like me. It's not fair.

I was about to get out of bed gently, but Steven's arm was around my waist, pulling me into his lap.

"Since when did you wake up?" I say.

He gave me a smug smile, his eyes filled with lust gliding over me. His hand, like magic, touched my soft chest so gently, lovingly, making me gasp.

"Steven…I…have no strength left,"
